EFFECTS OF ORAL FLUIDS AND INTRAVENOUS FLUIDS IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF AMNIOTIC FLUID INDEX DURING THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

Objective: To assess the effects of oral fluids and intravenous in terms frequency improving Amniotic Fluid Index during third trimester pregnancy having oligohydramnios.Study Design: Comparative prospective survey.
 Place Duration Study: Obstetrics Gynaecological Department Fauji Foundation HospitalRawalpindi, from Apr 2018 to Oct 2018.
 Methodology: A total 100 patients with singleton (50 each group) at gestational age 28-37weeks AFI 5cm or less than were included. Non probability consecutive sampling technique wasused. Ethics approval hospital ethical committee research board was taken. Patients randomizedinto 2 groups each) by lottery method.
